  1. HELLO EVERYBODY, Over the past week I have had a number of private messages asking me to help. I personally feel this is not fair on other members as the staff on this forum are here to help everybody when we can. Say you have a problem that other members are also having, then obviously it's best to post your problem in the relevant sections of the forum so others can join in the discussion as well as other members that may be having the same problems can also follow, hence if we solve your problem in a PM the others that may be having the same problem won't be able to see this. If we feel your discussion is best to be dealt with in a PM then we will contact you, so please do not use PM's for support. PLEASE REMEMBER The staff on here help you all in their spare time (we do this for love ) hence it may be a couple of days during the summer months for your thread to get a reply but when we do have time we all look at the new posts and help if we can. Some members of staff do offer one to one support for problems that you may be having that whatever we advise we can't get to the bottom of it. When a situation like this happens we will contact you on a pm. @Tech Timeruuu offers help via TeamViewer and myself will offer help via Apple Face Time. So PLEASE members post your problem in the relevant t sections in the forum and not PM the forum staff if you don't mind. Thanks for taking time to read this post. The Mixdoctor Moderator of Spartanpixel and Extreme Kodi Testing Check us out too. If we or this forum has helped you please consider donating to keep all videos and forums up to date and active as the server costs are great .. Remember click around the adverts as this also helps pay for server costs Thank you
