Authentication not working on KODI 17.3

Hi @JasonV could be a few things, 1st, did you use & register at the beast2? They have to be the same. If yes, did you register, then click log in & log in (scroll down to borrow of page each time) then select verify, then log in once more to see "verified" next to your chosen email? 

If you answered yes to all of the above, I would recommend doing a fresh start/clearing data, then start over using & registering at You will get the same thing, there are 2 servers to minimize traffic, & beast2 may be busy or down at the moment but beast1 will work. Here is the best/quickest method to fresh start
